飞行器管路异质界面损伤超声导波传播机理仿真分析

摘要 超声导波具有在传播路径上能量衰减小,传播距离远,可以实现大范围、全方位管路监测的优点,在航天飞行器管路监测领域具有巨大的潜在应用价值。建立了飞行器管路损伤和典型管路异质界面(焊缝、充气/充液管路)模型,研究了超声导波在管路损伤和典型异质界面耦合中传播机理,为飞行器管路损伤提取和定量评估提供了有效的分析手段。 The ultrasonic guided wave(UGW)has several advantages,such as less attenuation and longer distance on the propagation path,when compared with conventional non-destructive testing methods.It can monitor the pipelines in a wide range and full length.UGW has potential values on the defect assessment for pipelines of aircrafts.The propagation mechanism of UGW in the defects and the heterogeneous interfaces of pipelines was studied by using their dynamic models.It provides the effective methods for fault feature detection and quantitative assessment for the pipelines of aircrafts.
