摘要
细胞外囊泡(EV)是细胞分泌的具有介导细胞间信息交流功能的囊泡状物质,与心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关。蛋白质修饰对EV的产生、性质和生物学效应有重要作用。近年来,心血管疾病中EV的改变、作用以及相关的蛋白质修饰已经成为重要的研究方向。该文对EV及其相关的蛋白质修饰与心血管疾病关系的研究进展、局限性及发展方向进行了综述。
