洪江市自然保护地整合优化思路探究

自然保护地整合优化工作,首先针对保护地范围内资源现状与主要矛盾冲突等内容进行摸底调查,再进行科学的评估论证,最后提出具有针对性的整合优化思路,因为保护地内具体情况较复杂,目前可供参考的整合优化案例较少。以湖南省洪江市为例,对自然保护地整合优化环节进行探究,科学分析自然保护地内矛盾冲突,提出整合优化思路,以期为县级单位自然保护地整合优化工作提供参考。

The integration and optimization of nature protected area first conducts a thorough investigation of the resource status and main conflicts etc. within the scope of the protected area, and then conducts scientific evaluation of arguments, and finally proposes targeted integration and optimization ideas. Within the nature protected area the specific situations is complicated, there are few cases of integration and optimization available for reference at present. This article takes Hongjiang City in Hunan Province as an example, explores the steps of integration and optimization in nature protected area, scientifically analyzes the conflicts existing in nature protected area, and proposes integration and optimization ideas, aimed to provide reference for the integration and optimization of nature protected area in county units.
