脂联素基因多态性(rs1501299)与高血压的关联性研究

摘要 目的探究脂联素基因G276T(rs1501299)多态性与高血压的相关性。方法 2017年4—6月在江苏省开展病例对照研究,对研究对象进行体格检查及流行病学调查,提取血样核酸,检测脂联素基因G276T多态性位点。应用logistic回归方法分析G276T多态性在各种遗传模型下与高血压的关联。结果纳入研究对象643例,其中对照组246例,高血压组397例。logistic回归方法分析显示,在显性模型下校正混杂因素后,G276T(rs1501299)多态性与高血压易感性相关(调整OR=1.48,95%CI:1.02~2.13,P=0.04)。结论 G276T基因位点与高血压发病潜在相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between the adiponectin gene G276 T(rs1501299) polymorphism and hypertension. Methods A case-controled study was carried out in Jiangsu Province from Apr to Jun in 2017.Physical examination and epidemiological investigation were conducted for subjects, blood samples were extracted for nucleic acids for adiponectin gene G276 T polymorphism site analysis.The logistic regression method was used to analyze the association of G276 T polymorphism with hypertension in various genetic models. Results A total of 643 subjects were included in the study, including 246 subjects in the control group and 397 subjects in the hypertension group.The logistic regression analysis showed G276 T(rs1501299) polymorphism was associated with hypertension susceptibility(adjusted OR=1.48,95% CI: 1.02-2.13,P=0.04) after adjusting for confounding factors in a dominant model. Conclusion The G276 T gene locus is potentially associated with the onset of hypertension.
