摘要
学院是大学最重要的基层学术组织,学院治理是实现大学治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键。学院治理文化是学院利益相关者在参与学院治理过程中逐步形成的有关学院治理的理念、制度和行为的总和。学院治理文化在本质上是以人为本的文化,具有共享性、多样性、发展性等三重表征。根据文化层次结构理论,学院治理文化的核心构成可分解为三个要素,即学院治理理念、学院治理制度、学院治理行为,三个要素相辅相成、和谐共生,共同构成学院治理文化的整体架构。
College is the most important basic academic organization in universities, so college governance is the key to the modernization of the university governance system and capabilities. College governance culture is defined as the overall concept, system and behaviors gradually shaped by college stakeholders during the participation of college governance.The governance culture is essentially a people-oriented culture, with the characteristics of sharing, diversity, and development. According to the theory of cultural hierarchy, the core composition of college governance culture can be decomposed into three elements: college governance philosophy, college governance system, and college governance behaviors. The three elements complement each other and coexist in harmony, forming the overall structure of college governance culture.
