摘要
新时代特色师范教育需要突破原有的教师教育结构,构建适合时代特征的课程体系。通过对15所地方师范院校45份教师教育专业人才培养方案的文本分析,发现教师教育课程结构逐步优化,通识教育课程范围和内容扩充,教育专业课程呈现多元化,实践课程有所强化和拓展。教师教育课程明显呈现出从"知识本位"向"能力本位"取向的转变,然而,通识教育课程选修部分学分受限以及"师范性"特质体现不足,缺乏整合性和生成性课程类型,课程体系缺乏纵向梯度设计。因此,"新师范"背景下地方师范院校需要建设有梯度的课程体系,构建有整合性的通识教育课程内容,形成有"灵魂"的课程元素。
Teacher education in the new era needs to break through the original education structure and rebuild a curriculum system suitable for the characteristics of new times.Through the text analysis of 45 normal education professional training programs in 15 normal colleges. The curriculum structure of normal education has been gradually optimized, the scope and content of general education are expanded, and the number of teacher professionalcourses has increased. The curriculum of normal education has obviously changed from "knowledge-oriented" to "ability-oriented". However, the courses from elective section of general education are limited, the characteristics of "normal education" are insufficient, the types of integrated and generative courses are lacking, and the curriculum system lacks gradient.Therefore, it is necessary to design interdisciplinary courses, optimize relevant course contents, increase the gradient of course system, and strengthen individual-oriented curriculum elements.
