急性髓系白血病患者巨噬细胞移动抑制因子表达水平及其与疗效、预后相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:检测急性髓系白血病(AML)患者巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)表达水平,分析其与疗效及预后的相关性。方法:选取AML初诊患者132例,检测骨髓液及外周血中标本MIF表达水平。比较不同临床特征及不同疗效AML患者MIF表达水平。比较不同MIF表达水平患者无病生存期(DFS)。分析AML患者MIF表达水平与疗效及预后的相关性。结果:不同性别及抗原类型的AML患者骨髓液和外周血中MIF表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。≥45岁AML患者骨髓液及外周血中MIF表达水平高于<45岁患者,骨髓原始细胞数≥60%的AML患者骨髓液及外周血中MIF表达水平高于<60%的患者(均P<0.05)。治疗有效患者骨髓液及外周血中MIF表达水平均明显低于治疗无效患者(均P<0.05)。以所有患者入院初诊时MIF表达水平中位数为临界值分为高表达组及低表达组,发现高表达组患者DFS低于低表达组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,骨髓液及外周血中MIF表达水平与AML患者疗效及DFS呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:AML患者MIF表达水平显著升高,并与疗效及预后呈负相关。 Objective:To detect the expression level of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)in patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML),and to analyze its correlation with curative effect and prognosis.Methods:A total of 132 initially diagnosed AML patients were selected,and MIF expression levels in bone marrow fluid and peripheral blood samples were detected.The expression levels of MIF in AML patients with different clinical characteristics and different curative effects were compared.The disease-free survival(DFS)of patients with different MIF expression levels was compared.The correlation between the expression level of MIF in AML patients and the curative effect and prognosis was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the expression level of MIF in bone marrow fluid and peripheral blood of AML patients of different genders and antigen types(all P>0.05).MIF expression levels in bone marrow fluid and peripheral blood of AML patients with≥45 years were higher than those of patients with<45 years,and MIF expression levels in bone marrow fluid and peripheral blood of AML patients with≥60%bone marrow blast cells were higher than those in patients with<60%(all P<0.05).The expression level of MIF in bone marrow fluid and peripheral blood of patients with effective treatment was significantly lower than that of patients with treatment failure(all P<0.05).All patients were divided into high-expression group and low-expression group based on the median of MIF expression level when they were first admitted to the hospital,and it was found that the DFS of the high-expression group was lower than that of the low-expression group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression level of MIF in bone marrow fluid and peripheral blood was negatively correlated with the curative effect and DFS of AML patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of macrophage migration inhibitory factor in acute myeloid leukemia patients is significantly increased and negatively correlated with curative effect and prognosis.
