我院静脉用药调配中心智能存取系统应用与效果评价

Application and Evaluation of Intelligent Access System in the PIVAS of Our Hospital

目的探讨智能存取系统在医院静脉用药调配中心的应用效果,了解医院静脉用药调配中心的自动化和信息化水平。方法根据静脉用药调配中心智能存取系统的功能及在医院的应用情况,比较启用前(2017年10月至12月)与启用后(2018年1月至3月)的工作效率、破损率与差错情况,评价其应用效果。结果与启用前比较,启用后的取药时间缩短,劳动强度减轻,工作效率提高,药品破损率和取药差错率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论智能存取系统实现了静脉用药调配中心工作模式由人工到智能化的转变,提升了医院的自动化和信息化水平,推动了医院静脉用药调配中心自动化建设和高质量药学服务的进程。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the intelligent access system in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)of a hospital,and to understand the automation and information levels of the PIVAS.Methods According to the function of the intelligent access system of PIVAS and its application in the hospital,the work efficiency,drug damage and drug-taking error before(from October to December 2017)and after(from January to March 2018)using the system were compared,and its application effect was evaluated.Results After using the system,the drug-taking time was shortened,the labor intensity was reduced,the work efficiency was improved,and the drug damage rate and drug-taking error rate were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The intelligent access system realizes the transformation from artificial to the intelligent working mode in the PIVAS,improves the automation and informatization levels in the hospital,and promotes the automation construction of PIVAS and the process of high-quality pharma-ceutical care in the hospital.
