摘要
目的评价医院全自动片剂摆药机(简称摆药机)补药量的优化效果。方法利用摆药机自带程序,建立量化摆药机补药过程中补药量的计算模型,降低摆药机中药品的周转率。根据周转天数和药品储存条件划分摆药机中的药品种类,优化补药量计算模式,比较优化前(2018年10月至2019年9月)和优化后(2019年10月至2020年9月)的药品周转及人力消耗情况。结果摆药机内药品月均周转率由优化前的2.06升至优化后的3.13,提高了51.94%;周转天数超过30 d的药品品种占比由优化前的24.20%降至1.52%,下降了93.72%。结论优化后的计算模型具备良好的精度和可操作性,可为摆药机内药品库存的控制提供科学、合理的决策支持。
Objective To evaluate the effect of full-automatic tablet dispensing machine(hereinafter referred to as the dispensing ma-chine)on the optimization of quantifying drug-refill in a hospital.Methods Through the self-contained program of the dispensing machine,a calculation model for quantifying drug-refill in the refill process of the dispensing machine was established to reduce the turnover rate of drugs in the dispensing machine.According to the turnover days and drug storage conditions,the drugs in the dispens-ing machine were categorized,and the calculation mode for quantifying drug-refill was optimized.The drug turnover rate and human consumption before the optimization(from October 2018 to September 2019)and after the optimization(from October 2019 to September 2020)were compared.Results The average monthly turnover rate of drug in the dispensing machine increased from 2.06 before the optimization to 3.13 after the optimization,with an increase of 51.94%.The proportion of drug varieties with turnover days more than 30 d decreased from 24.20%before the optimization to 1.52%after the optimization,with a decrease of 93.72%.Conclusion The optimal calculation model has good accuracy and operability,and can provide scientific and reasonable decision support for the control of drug inventory in the dispensing machine.
