胃力通胶囊提取及制备工艺优选

摘要 目的优选胃力通胶囊的提取和制备工艺。方法以加水量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间为考察因素,以方中有效成分大黄素的含量和出膏率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选胃力通胶囊的最佳提取工艺;以浸膏粉的吸湿性和休止角为评价指标,筛选不同辅料(糊精、淀粉、乳糖)的比例及润湿剂体积分数,确定最佳制备工艺;采用量筒法测定堆密度,确定囊壳。结果最佳提取工艺为加15倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h;最佳制备工艺为浸膏粉-糊精(2∶1,m/m)混合,90%乙醇润湿,制粒,80℃干燥,过筛,装入0号囊壳。结论该提取和制备工艺稳定、可行,评价指标合理、可靠。 Objective To optimize the extraction and preparation process of Weilitong Capsules.Methods The extraction process of Weilitong Capsules was optimized by the L9(34)orthogonal test with the content and extraction rate of emodin as the evaluation index,and with the decoction times and decoction time as the investigation factors.The preparation process was optimized by screening the ratio of different excipients(dextrin,starch,and lactose)and the volume fraction of the wetting agent with the hygroscopicity and angle of repose of the extract powder as evaluation indexes.The bulk density was measured by the measuring cylinder method to determine the capsule shell.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:adding 15 times of water,boiling for 3 times,1 h each time.The optimal preparation process was as follows:the extract powder-dextrin(2∶1,m/m)was mixed,wetted with 90%ethanol,granulated,dried at 80℃,sifted and packed into the No.0 capsule shell.Conclusion The extraction and preparation process of Weilitong Cap-sules is stable and feasible,and the evaluation indexes are reasonable and reliable.
