推进高职院校治理能力现代化是新时代高职院校综合改革面临的核心任务,是高职院校迈向高质量发展的必由之路。通过对高职院校治理能力现代化的内涵、价值和路径选择三个方面的深入探讨发现:推进高职院校治理能力现代化需要从重塑治理理念、打造智慧治理平台、稳步推进两级管理改革、构建科学治理机制及培育共生包容的治理文化五个方面来探索有效路径,不断完善现代职业院校制度体系,最终实现高职院校的多元善治,稳步提高我国高职院校的治理水平。

Promoting the modernization of governance capacity of higher vocational colleges is the core task facing the comprehensive reform of higher vocational colleges in the new era,and it is the necessary way for higher vocational colleges to move towards high-quality development.Through an in-depth discussion on the connotation,value and path options of modernizing the governance capacity of higher vocational institutions,we find that:to promote the modernization of governance capacity of higher vocational institutions,we need to explore effective paths in five aspects:reshaping governance concept,building a smart governance platform,steadily promoting two-level management reform,constructing scientific governance mechanism and cultivating symbiotic and inclusive governance culture,continuously improving the system of modern vocational institutions,and finally realizing We will continue to improve the institutional system of modern vocational colleges and universities,so as to realize the diversified good governance of higher vocational colleges and universities and steadily improve the governance level of higher vocational colleges and universities.
