摘要
CRISPR/Cas系统是一种高效、实用的基因编辑工具。该系统与多种核酸扩增技术结合,已被开发出形式多样、灵敏度高、特异性好的病原物核酸检测方法。本文简要介绍了CRISPR/Cas的分类和作用原理,重点综述了CRISPR/Cas系统在各种病原微生物检测中的应用,讨论了CRISPR/Cas在植物病原物的现场快速检测方面的最近进展,并对CRISPR/Cas应用于植物病原物的检测前景进行了展望。
CRISPR/Cas system is a promising new genomic sensing method,which has been combined with many nucleic acid amplification techniques and different read-out methods,to produce a variety of diagnosis tools for pathogens with considerable sensitivity and specificity.This review covers a short introduction to CRISPR/Cas systems,the types of effector proteins and the recent developments of CRISPR sensing techniques for pathogens detection.In particular,the application of CRISPR/Cas in the rapid on-site detection of pathogens is comprehensively reviewed.Finally,the challenges and future research perspectives on plant pathogens detection were described.
