偏置率和扭曲度对空气弹簧承载性能的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 空气弹簧对提升车辆的驾乘舒适性和整体安全性具有重要作用,应用越来越广泛。在车辆行驶工况中,空气弹簧会受到来自横向的载荷和沿垂向的扭矩载荷的影响,严重影响空气弹簧的承载性能。以膜式空气弹簧为研究对象,通过在ABAQUS软件中建立有限元模型,仿真得到不同初始内压下的位移-载荷曲线,并与试验结果进行误差对比分析,验证有限元模型的准确性。在此基础上,分析了上盖偏置率和扭曲度对空气弹簧承载性能的影响,结果表明:空气弹簧的承载性能随着偏置率的增大逐渐降低,且降低幅度逐渐增大,同时,由偏置率引起的横向载荷随着偏置率的增大而增大;扭曲度方面,0~20°的扭曲度对空气弹簧的承载性能无明显影响,但此范围内,扭曲度产生的扭矩随着扭曲度的增加而增大。 Air spring plays an important role in improving the driving comfort and overall safety of vehicles,and is used more and more widely.In the vehicle driving condition,the air spring will be affected by the transverse load and the vertical torque load,which will seriously affect the bearing performance of the air spring,but the existing scholars analyze and study it.Therefore,this paper takes a certain type of membrane air spring as the research object,establishes the finite element model in ABAQUS software,simulates and obtains the bearing performance curves under different initial air pressure in the cavity,compares and analyzes the errors with the test results,and verifies the accuracy of the finite element model.On this basis,taking the upper cover offset rate and twist degree as research variables,the influence of them on the bearing performance of air spring is analyzed and studied.The analysis results show that the bearing performance of air spring decreases gradually with the increase of offset rate,and the reduction range increases gradually.At the same time,the transverse load caused by offset rate increases with the increase of offset rate.In terms of twist degree,the twist degree in the range of 0~20°has no obvious effect on the bearing performance of air spring,but within this range,the torque generated by twist degree increases with the increase of twist degree.
