摘要
为提升变压器状态评价的准确性,提出了一种基于关键参量融合的变压器状态组合诊断方法,通过完整的综合评价体系解决了变压器传统评价方法颗粒度粗糙、评价结果边界模糊等问题。首先,通过状态评价导则及失效模式与效应分析提取关键特征参量,并将其分为检测试验类特征参量和巡检概况类特征参量。其次,通过引入熵权法和灰色关联分析法量化特征参量对设备的影响程度。最后,采用分值制实现对设备状态的精细量化,并对两类特征参量分值进行融合来诊断设备当前运行状态。实例分析结果表明:所提出的方法考虑多关键参量融合,有利于准确评判变压器的真实运行状态,可提高评价的准确性。
In this paper,a transformer state combination diagnosis method based on the fusion of key parameters is proposed.Through a complete comprehensive evaluation system,problems such as rough granularity and fuzzy boundary of evaluation results of traditional evaluation methods for transformers are solved,so as to improve the accuracy of evaluation.First of all,the key characteristic parameters are extracted through state evaluation guidelines and failure mode and effect analysis,and then they are divided into test characteristic parameters and patrol overview characteristic parameters.Secondly,entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis method are introduced to quantify the influence degree of characteristic parameters on the equipment.Finally,the precise quantization of the equipment state is realized by using the score system,and the current operating state of the equipment is diagnosed by the fusion of the two kinds of characteristic parameter scores.The case analysis shows that the proposed method considering the fusion of multiple key parameters is beneficial to accurately evaluate the real operating state of the transformer,and thus effectively improving the accuracy of evaluation.
