基于特高压换流阀冷却水管的智能型流量计设计

摘要 针对特高压换流阀水冷系统支路管道流量测量手段匮乏的现状,首先分析了换流阀冷却系统的构成,对比了常用流量计的特点,介绍了基于时差法超声波流量计原理和分类;其次提出了一种适用于换流阀冷却系统水管支路流量测量的智能型流量计,分析了其整体构成和功能,设计了该智能型流量计的通信方案。最后基于所给方案,开发了相关的智能型流量计,并进行了测试分析。实验表明,该方案能够实现信息的便利传输,提高阀冷系统水管支路的检测效率,满足多个人员查看和掌握阀冷支路的流量状态。 In view of the lack of flow measurement means in the branch pipeline of ultra high voltage(UHV)converter valve water cooling system,firstly,composition of converter valve cooling system is analyzed,characteristics of common flowmeters are contrasted,principle and classification of ultrasonic flowmeter are introduced based on time difference method.Secondly,an intelligent flowmeter that contents water pipe branch flow measurement of converter valve cooling system is given,overall compositions and functions are analyzed,communication scheme of this flowmeter is designed.Finally,this intelligent flowmeter is manufactured based on the scheme that is given in this paper and related experiments are analyzed.The test results show that convenient transmission of information can be realized,detection efficiency of valve cooling system water pipe branch is improved,flow state of valve cooling branch can be viewed and mastered by multiple personnels through this scheme.
