摘要
水煤浆气化装置某位号直通式氮气放空阀,正常工况下承担较大的压差,氮气介质流经放空阀的节流位置时流速偏高,噪声和振动明显,在阀后配置降噪孔板后的降压、降噪效果仍不理想。该文对上述放空阀提出改进措施,采用多级降压手段,通过数值计算得到了阀门改进前后的流场分布,并提出表征噪声、振动程度的合理参数,确保改进后的放空阀出口流速合理,节流位置的流体动能逐级降低,从而有效控制了氮气放空阀的噪声和振动。
The straight-through nitrogen vent valve of a certain tag number in the coal water slurry gasification device bears a large pressure difference under normal working conditions.The flow rate is relatively high,and the noise and vibration are obvious when the nitrogen medium flows through the throttle position of the vent valve.Even though the noise reduction orifice plate is installed behind the valve,the effect of pressure reduction and noise reduction is still not ideal.The improvement measures of the vent valve are proposed,adopting multistage depression,the flow field before and after improvement is obtained by numerical calculation.The reasonable parameters representing the degree of noise and vibration are proposed to ensure that outlet flow rate of the improved vent valve is reasonable,and the fluid kinetic energy at the throttle position drops gradually,which can control the noise and vibration of the nitrogen vent valve effectively.
