分析盐酸多奈哌齐在老年痴呆治疗中的应用

To analyze the application of doneprazil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia

目的观察分析盐酸多奈哌齐在老年痴呆治疗中的应用效果,探究其对患者日常生活能力、精神状态的影响。方法研究选取2017年3月至2019年2月于我院接受治疗的老年痴呆患者110例,采用随机数字表法平均分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55),展开对照分析。其中观察组患者应用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对照组患者应用吡拉西坦片治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者日常生活活动能力(ADL量表)和精神状态(MMSE智能精神状态检查量表)变化,统计药物不良反应发生率。结果实施治疗前,两组患者ADL评分、MMSE评分均处于较差水平,组间比较不存在明显统计学差异(P> 0.05);疗程结束后,观察组患者ADL评分、MMSE评分显著提高,其改善程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应轻微,仅2例患者出现轻度恶心或胃纳减退,发生率低于对照组,组间比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐应用于老年痴呆治疗可改善患者精神状态,提高其日常生活活动能力,且用药不良反应轻微,有良好的安全性。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of doneprazil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia and explore its effect on the ability and mental state of daily life. Methods 110 patients with senile dementia treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=55) and observation group(n=55). The patients in the observation group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride and the patients in the control group were treated with Piracetam Tablets. The changes of activities of daily living(ADL) and mental state(MMSE intelligent mental state examination scale) were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was counted.Results Before treatment, the ADL score and MMSE score of the two groups were at a poor level, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05);after the course of treatment, the ADL score and MMSE score of the observation group were significantly improved, and the degree of improvement was better than that of the control group(P <0.05). The adverse reactions in the observation group were mild, only 2 patients had mild nausea or decreased gastric appetite, and the incidence was lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of doneprazil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia can significantly improve the total efficiency of treatment,improve the mental state of patients, improve their daily activities, and the adverse effects of drug use are mild and have good safety.
