凝聚胺技术的优越性及其在输血检验中的运用分析

摘要 目的探讨凝聚胺技术优越性,并观察其在输血检验中应用可行性。方法将我院2018年5月至2020年4月收集的200例血液样本作为试验对象;对于血液样本交叉配血操作分别采用常规技术以及凝聚胺法展开,最终合理展开观察对比。此外对于表现出疑难血样共计60例,临床合理对其展开对应检测操作。结果针对所有血液样本在实施凝聚胺检验期间,特异性凝聚消失时间均> 3 min;106例在5-10 s表现为非特异性凝聚消失,92例在11-20 s表现为非特异性凝聚消失;针对60例疑难抗体采用常规技术以及凝聚胺技术实施检测后发现,在进行青霉素抗体检测期间,常规检查需要利用显微镜辅助完成2+凝聚识别;而对于凝聚胺技术而言,其只需要利用肉眼完成2+凝聚识别,且结果无误差;在实施Rh抗体检测期间,同常规技术血清量比较,凝聚胺技术为其1/10。结论凝聚胺技术的有效应用,可使得输血检验效率显著提升,呈现出操作便捷以及反应速度较快的优势,对于输血中溶血性反应症状进行预防,对于输血效果以及输血后安全做出充分保证,同常规检测比较,凝聚胺技术的应用,使得检测效果显著提升,有效防止输血不良反应现象,对于临床顺利完成治疗可以做出保证,充分体现出凝聚胺技术临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the advantages of the technology of condensed amine and to observe the feasibility of its application in blood transfusion test. Methods Two hundred blood samples collected from our hospital from May 2018 to April 2020 were used as experimental subjects. For the cross matching operation of blood samples, the conventional technique and the coagulation amine method were used respectively to carry out the observation and comparison. In addition, for a total of 60 patients with complicated blood samples, the corresponding detection operation was carried out clinically.Results The specific coagulation loss time was >3 minute for all blood samples during the coagulation amine test. Nonspecific coagulation disappeared in 106 cases at 5-10 second, and in 92 cases at 11-20 second. After the detection of 60 cases of difficult antibody using conventional technology and coagulation amine technology, it was found that during the detection of penicillin antibody, the detection of 2 + coagulation needed to be assisted by microscope. For the condensed amine technology, it only needs to use the naked eye to complete 2 + condensation recognition, and the results are without error. During the detection period of Rh antibody, compared with the conventional technique, the serum volume of the coagulation amine technique was 1/10. Conclusion The effective application of polybrene technology can significantly improve the efficiency of blood transfusion testing, presenting the advantages of convenient operation and faster reaction speed, preventing the symptoms of hemolytic reaction in blood transfusion, and fully guaranteeing the effect of blood transfusion and post-transfusion safety. Compared with conventional testing, the application of polybrene technology has significantly improved the detection effect,effectively preventing adverse blood transfusion phenomena, and can guarantee the successful completion of treatment in the clinic, which fully reflects the clinical application value of polybrene technology.
