艾艾贴灸应用于腹腔镜术后腹胀的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Moxibustion Applied to Abdominal Distension After Laparoscopy

目的探讨艾艾贴灸在预防和减少腹腔镜术后患者腹胀发生的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年8月我院特需病房的住院患者中行外科腹腔镜手术的患者139例,按照不同的护理方法分为对照组(70例)与观察组(69例),对照组采用常规的腹腔镜术后护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上,在术后6 h内进行一次艾艾贴灸。观察对比两组的肠鸣音恢复时长、肛门首次排气时长、首次排便时长和腹胀的发生率情况并进行统计学分析。结果对比对照组,观察组肠鸣音恢复时长和肛门首次排气时长均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),而两组肛门首次排便时长相差不大,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组术后腹胀发生率为10.10%,较对照组(31.40%)低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组在6 h内恢复正常肠鸣音的例数高于对照组,差异具有显著性,P <0.05。结论艾艾贴灸疗法应用于腹腔镜术后患者,可加快肠鸣音的恢复,缩短肛门首次排气时长,降低术后腹胀的发生率,增加患者的舒适程度,加快患者的快速康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Moxibustion with Moxa paste on preventing and reducing abdominal distension in patients after laparoscopic surgery. Methods Among the inpatients in the special needs ward of our hospital from December 2020 to August 2021, 139 patients who underwent surgical laparoscopic surgery were selected. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into a control group(70 cases) and an observation group(69 cases). The control group adopted conventional laparoscopic postoperative nursing methods. On the basis of the control group, the observation group underwent a moxibustion with moxa sticking within 6 hours after the operation. The duration of bowel sound recovery,the duration of first anal exhaust, the duration of first defecation and the incidence of abdominal distension were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the duration of bowel sound recovery and the duration of first anal exhaust in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the duration of first anal defecation was not significantly different between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence of abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The number of cases of the observation group returning to normal bowel sounds within 6 hours was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant, P <0.05.Conclusion Moxibustion therapy applied to patients after laparoscopic surgery can speed up the recovery of bowel sounds, shorten the duration of the first anal exhaust, reduce the with moxa incidence of abdominal distention after surgery, increase the comfort level of patients, and speed up the rapid recovery of patients.
