综合护理干预在肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者中的应用研究

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Rib Fracture Complicated with Hemopneumothorax

目的分析肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者采取综合护理干预效果。方法根据入院单号、双号划分2018年7月至2019年7月本院接收的70例肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者,对照组(n=35)与研究组(n=35)分别开展常规护理和综合护理,比较不同护理干预模式的临床应用效果。结果两组患者护理满意度组间比较差异明显,观察组较对照组高(P <0.05);研究组各项生活质量评分均相比于对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论予以肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者综合护理方案,总体效果理想,能够构建良好的医患关系,提升患者对护理工作满意程度,具有较高的借鉴及运用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with rib fracture and hemopneumothorax. Methods According to the admission single number and double number, the 70 patients with rib fracture and hemopneumothorax received in this hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into the control group(n=35) and the study group(n=35) to carry out routine care. And comprehensive nursing, summarizing the differences in clinical application effects of different nursing intervention models. Results There were significant differences in nursing satisfaction between the two groups,the observation group was higher than that the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing plan for patients with rib fracture and hemopneumothorax has an ideal overall effect. It can build a good doctor-patient relationship and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing work. It has high reference and application value.
