精神分裂症患者开展康复护理的方法及效果分析

Methods and Effect Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing for Schizophrenics

目的了解精神分裂症患者开展康复护理的方法及效果。方法纳入我院2016年1月至2019年1月100例精神分裂症患者,随机分组,分为观察组和对照组。观察组对患者进行的护理方案是常规干预,对照组则对患者开展了常规护理联合早期康复干预。比较两组满意度;护理前后SRHMS量表评分、HEIQ量表评分、精神病量表BPRS评分、社会功能缺陷量表SDSS评分。结果观察组满意度高于对照组,P <0.05。对照组患者护理之前SRHMS量表评分、HEIQ量表评分、精神病量表BPRS评分、社会功能缺陷量表SDSS评分和观察组之间无显著差异,P> 0.05。护理后,观察组患者SRHMS量表评分、HEIQ量表评分显著高于对照组,P <0.05,精神病量表BPRS评分、社会功能缺陷量表SDSS评分显著低于对照组,P <0.05。结论精神分裂症患者实施康复护理效果确切,可有效改善患者的症状,减轻其社会功能缺陷和精神病症状,促使其积极心理品质提高,并改善患者的健康状况。

Objective To understand the method and effect of rehabilitation nursing for schizophrenics. Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation and control groups. The observation group’s nursing plan for patients is routine intervention, and the control group has carried out routine care combined with early rehabilitation intervention for patients. The satisfaction of the two groups was compared;before and after nursing, SRHMS scale score, HEIQ scale score, psychiatric scale BPRS score, social function deficit scale SDSS score. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. There was no significant difference between the SRHMS scale, HEIQ scale score, Psychiatric Scale BPRS score, Social Function Deficiency Scale SDSS score and the observation group before nursing in the control group, P>0.05. After nursing, the scores of the SRHMS scale and HEIQ scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, P<0.05, and the BPRS score of the psychiatric scale and the Social Function Deficiency Scale observation score were significantly lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation nursing for schizophrenic patients is accurate, which can effectively improve their symptoms, reduce their social function defects and psychiatric symptoms, improve their positive psychological quality, and improve their health status.
