重症监护呼吸衰竭患者中实施综合护理对呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia in Patients with Intensive Xare Respiratory Failure

目的观察重症监护呼吸衰竭患者中实施综合护理对呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果。方法随机分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。结果观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率2.30%(1/44)、PaO_(2)(87.40±3.60)%、PaCO_(2)(42.20±2.50)%、RR(14.10±2.00)次/min、HR(76.90±2.80)次/min、入ICU、住ICU、出ICU满意度分别(97.80±2.00)分、(94.80±4.50)分、(92.00±1.00)分。对照组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率27.30%(12/44)、PaO_(2)(65.80±4.50)%、PaCO_(2)(65.10±4.10)%、RR(18.90±1.50)次/min、HR(86.90±3.00)次/min、入ICU、住ICU、出ICU满意度分别(80.40±3.60)分、(76.50±3.90)分、(74.30±2.30)分。两组数据对比,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论实施综合护理,有助于降低重症监护呼吸衰竭患者的呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,改善血气指标,促进病情好转。

Objective To observe the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing on ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with intensive care respiratory failure. Methods Randomized grouping, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was implemented comprehensive nursing. Results The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was 2.30%(1/44), PaO_(2)(87.40±3.60)%, PaCO_(2)(42.20±2.50)%,RR(14.10±2.00) times/minute, HR(76.90±2.80) times/minute, ICU, ICU, ICU satisfaction(97.80±2.00) points,(94.80±4.50) points,(92.00±1.00) points. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the control group was 27.30%(12/44), PaO_(2)(65.80±4.50)%, PaCO_(2)(65.10±4.10)%, RR(18.90±1.50) times/minute,and HR(86.90±3.00) times/minute, ICU, ICU, and ICU satisfaction were(80.40±3.60),(76.50±3.90), and(74.30±2.30) respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing can help reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with intensive care respiratory failure, improve blood gas indicators, and promote the improvement of the condition.
