小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的综合护理

Comprehensive Nursing of Children with Allergic Purpuric Nephritis

目的评价对小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎进行综合护理所取得的效果。方法设2018年5月至2019年7月到我院通过常规护理方法进行干预的23例过敏性紫癜肾炎的患儿为对照组,另选同期到我院进行通过综合护理进行干预的23例过敏性紫癜肾炎的患儿作为观察组。对两组患儿经过不同护理后的护理效果进行评估和比较。结果 (1)经过护理后观察组(22例,占95.65%)患儿的治疗总有效率明显比对照组(12例,占52.17%)患儿更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)经护理之后观察组(2例,占8.70%)患儿的不良反应发生概率相对对照组(9例,占39.13%)而言明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)观察组患儿护理之后的整体生活质量评分明显高于对照组,满意度评分也比对照度更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床为小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎进行综合护理能够有效的提升治疗总有效率,降低不良反应对患儿的影响,同时提升整体的生活质量,提高患儿家长的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing on children with allergic purpuric nephritis. Methods The 23 children with HenochSchonlein purpura nephritis who came to our hospital for intervention through conventional nursing methods from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the control group. Another 23 cases of allergies who came to our hospital for intervention through comprehensive care during the same period were selected.Children with purpura nephritis served as the observation group. The nursing effect of the two groups of children after different nursing was evaluated and compared. Results(1) After nursing, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(22 cases, accounting for 95.65%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(12 cases, accounting for 52.17%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) After nursing, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2 cases, accounting for 8.70%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(9 cases, accounting for 39.13%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) The overall quality of life score of children in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score was also higher than that of the control, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical comprehensive nursing for children with allergic purpuric nephritis can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the impact of adverse reactions on children, improve the overall quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of parents of children, it is worth promoting.
