系统护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Systematic Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的评价急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者治疗工作中配合系统护理干预的效果,以促进急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者治疗预后,提高患者生活质量。方法选择我院2018年4月至2019年7月收治住院治疗的急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者(n=80),进行常规护理组、系统护理组分组,分别采取常规护理干预以及常规护理干预+系统护理干预。对比常规护理组与系统护理组急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者心功能、并发症发生率、护理满意度以及生活质量评分、住院时间。结果干预后,系统护理组急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于常规护理组、心功能水平优于常规护理组,住院时间短于常规护理组,呼吸道感染、心肌梗死等并发症发生率低于常规护理组,数据差异均具有显著性(P <0.05)。结论系统护理的应用可以稳定急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者的心功能、提高患者安全性,进而提高患者生活质量与满意度在、促进预后,护理价值高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of systematic nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia,so as to promote the prognosis and improve the quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia. Methods Patients with AMI and arrhythmia(n=80) who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups: routine nursing group and system nursing group. Routine nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention + system nursing intervention were adopted respectively. The heart function,complication rate, nursing satisfaction, quality of life score and hospitalization time of patients with AMI and arrhythmia in routine nursing group and systematic nursing group were compared. Results After the intervention, the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the patients with AMI and arrhythmia in the system nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group, the level of cardiac function was better than that in the routine nursing group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the routine nursing group, the incidence of complications such as respiratory tract infection and myocardial infarction was lower than that in the routine nursing group, and the data difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic nursing can stabilize the cardiac function of patients with AMI and arrhythmia, improve the safety of patients, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, promote the prognosis, and have high nursing value.
