品管圈在护士癌痛知识培训中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Nurses’ Cancer Pain Knowledge Training

目的研究品管圈在护士癌痛知识培训中的实际应用成效。方法于本院放疗科2018年5月至2020年4月在职护士中选取16名,将其随机划分为对照组(常规培训)与观察组(品管圈+常规培训),并先后对科室癌痛放疗患者给予护理服务,从护理满意度、综合能力测评结果、护理质量评分予以分析。结果观察组与对照组护士中患者对护理行为的满意度分别为95.00%、80.00%;疼痛宣教(4.15±0.79)分、(3.67±0.56)分,疼痛随访(4.11±0.65)分、(3.44±0.45)分,疼痛动态评估(4.37±0.44)分、(3.64±0.52)分,体温单记录疼痛(4.67±0.32)分、(3.98±0.32)分;理论学习能力(90.46±8.03)分、(82.67±7.68)分,实操能力(93.57±5.98)分、(84.68±8.53)分,应变能力(89.98±8.97)分、(71.05±5.32)分,两组数据比较,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论品管圈在护士癌痛知识培训中有着突出的应用效果,有利于提升护理质量,增强护士的综合能力,值得在护士培训中推广。

Objective To study the practical application effect of quality control circle in nurses’ cancer pain knowledge training. Methods A total of 16 on-the-job nurses in the Radiotherapy Department of our hospital from May 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group(routine training) and observation group(quality control circle + routine training), and nursing services were given to cancer pain radiotherapy patients in the Department successively. The nursing satisfaction, comprehensive ability evaluation results and nursing quality scores were analyzed. Results The patients’ satisfaction with nursing behavior in the observation group and the control group were 95.00% and 80.00% respectively;Pain education(4.15±0.79),(3.67±0.56), pain followup(4.11±0.65),(3.44±0.45), dynamic evaluation of pain(4.37±0.44),(3.64±0.52), and pain recorded on temperature sheet(4.67±0.32),(3.98±0.32);theoretical learning ability(90.46±8.03),(82.67±7.68), practical operation ability(93.57±5.98),(84.68±8.53), adaptability(89.98±8.97),(71.05±5.32). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle has a prominent application effect in nurses’ cancer pain knowledge training,which is conducive to improving nursing quality and enhancing nurses’ comprehensive ability. It is worth popularizing in nurses’ training.
