临床路径在精神分裂症护理安全管理中的应用效果及对改善患者精神状态的作用

Application Effect of Clinical Pathway in Nursing Safety Management of Schizophrenia and Its Effect on Improving Patients’ Mental State

目的试验将针对精神分裂症患者实施临床路径安全管理,进一步改善患者的精神状态,为患者的疾病康复提供支持。方法将本院收治确诊为精神分裂症的患者作为本次研究对象来源,在其中随机抽取100例,诊疗时间范围在2020年1月至2020年12月,以随机法设计方式分组。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为临床路径护理措施,对比护理结果。结果从护理质量上看,观察组患者护理差错发生率为2.00%(1/50),对照组为8.00%(4/50),对比具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与此同时,观察组患者的PANSS评分和BPRS评分分别为(20.46±6.05)分和(31.06±3.47)分,对照组为(25.75±6.12)分和(20.18±1.93)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。此外,与对照组生活质量各项指标评分相比较,观察组更高,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论采用临床路径护理措施有助于改善神经分裂症患者的治疗效果,加强安全防护,从而改善个人精神状态,具有临床推广价值。

Objective The experiment will implement clinical pathway safety management for schizophrenia patients, further improve their mental state,and provide support for their rehabilitation. Methods The patients diagnosed with schizophrenia in our hospital were taken as the source of this study,and 100 cases were randomly selected. The diagnosis and treatment time ranged from January 2020 to December 2020, and they were divided into groups by random design. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while those in the observation group were given clinical pathway nursing measures. Results In terms of nursing quality, the incidence of nursing errors was 2.00%(1/50) in the observation group and 8.00%(4/50) in the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05). Meanwhile, the scores of PANSS and BPRS in the observation group were(20.46±6.05) and(31.06±3.47), respectively, while those in the control group were(25.75±6.12) and(20.18±1.93), with statistical significance(P <0.05). In addition,compared with the control group, the scores of various indicators of quality of life in the observation group were higher, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing measures can improve the treatment effect of schizophrenia patients, strengthen safety protection, and thus improve personal mental state, which has clinical popularization value.
