摘要
为研究叶面喷施海藻肥对小白菜产量和品质的影响,以小白菜“黄玫瑰”为研究对象,设置3个水平处理,每667 m^(2)分别喷施海藻肥5、10、15 g,以不施用海藻肥为对照,比较分析不同处理小白菜的植株性状和品质性状。结果表明:与对照相比,海藻肥处理在株高、叶片数、单株质量、干物质量、产量以及维生素C含量方面均有显著提高;在茎周长、株幅、茎叶比、根质量和可溶性糖方面没有明显差异。其中,以每667 m^(2)追施10 g海藻肥处理表现最优,小白菜可溶性糖含量增加14.3%,维生素C含量增加25.2%,667 m^(2)产量增加19.5%。
In order to study the effect of seaweed fertilizer on the yield and quality of pakchoi,pakchoi cultivar'Huangmeigui'was taken as the research object,three levels of treatment were set,which applied 5,10 g and 15 g per 667 m^(2) of seaweed fertilizer,respectively.Compared with no seaweed fertilizer(control),the plant characters and quality traits of pakchoi under different treatments were analyzed.The results showed that the plant height,leaf number,weight per plant,dry matter weight,yield and vitamin C content were significantly increased by seaweed fertilizer treatments compared with the control.There were no significant differences in stem circumference,plant width,ratio of stem and leaf,root weight and soluble sugar.Among them,the application of seaweed fertilizer with 10 g per 667 m^(2) was the best treatment,with the contents of soluble sugar and vitamin C of pakchoi increased by 14.3%and 25.2%,respectively,and the yield per 667 m^(2) increased by 19.5%.
