摘要
引起整车高速抖动的原因比较多,常见因素有路面激振力激励、轮胎高速均匀性欠佳、半轴和轮辋轴承失圆、发动机扭矩波动等。但由变速箱油压系统波动所引起整车抖动的案例研究还较少。以某款无级变速箱(CVT)车型的高速抖动问题为背景,通过客观数据测试锁定激励源,通过理论分析阐述抖动产生机理,并从油压脉动控制角度提出具体工程化措施。有关结论对CVT的开发和整车NVH系统集成有重要指导意义和工程价值。
There are many causes for whole vehicle high-speed vibration,such as road surface excitation,poor highspeed uniformity of tires,out of roundness of half axle and rim bearings,engine torque fluctuation and so on.However,there are few case studies on vehicle vibration caused by fluctuation of hydraulic system of gearboxes.In this paper,the highspeed jitter problem of a Continuously Variable transmission(CVT)is studied.The excitation source is confirmed through objective data test,the theoretical analysis is carried out,the mechanism of jitter is elaborated,and the specific engineering measures are put forward from the aspect of oil pressure pulsation control.Conclusion of this study has important guiding significance and engineering value for the development of CVT gearbox and vehicle NVH system integration.
