新工科背景下如何借助产学研破解就业难问题——以新能源科学与工程专业为例 被引量:1

Strategies of Industry-University-Research Collaboration to Solve Employment Difficulties under Background of New Engineering--Taking New Energy Science and Engineering Major as an Example

摘要 新工科是新科技革命、新产业革命、新经济背景下工程教育改革的重大战略选择,也是基于国家战略发展新需求、国际竞争新形势、立德树人新要求而提出的我国工程教育改革方向.在推进新工科建设的同时,存在着高校毕业生不好就业,用人单位招聘不到适合自己需求的人才问题.本文直面“就业难”和企业“用工难”现象,通过校企产学研合作的方式,结合新能源科学与工程专业的实训,分析产生这一两难问题的原因,提出破解毕业生“就业难”和企业“用工难”的思路. New engineering disciplines are important choice of engineering education reform under the background of new scientific and technological revolution,new industrial revolution and new economy.In addition,the reform direction of Engineering Education in China has been proposed based on the new needs of national strategic development,the new situation of international competition and the new requirements of moral education.In the process of promoting the development of new engineering disciplines,the problems of college graduates'poor employment and enterprises'lack of suitable talents also exist in the society.To ameliorate the difficulties in employment,this paper revealed the causes of the dilemma.Taking the major of new energy science and engineering as an example,it is an efficient way to relieve the"employment difficulty"for graduates and"employment difficulty"for enterprises by Industry-University-Research Collaboration and practical training.
