摘要
以高通量连铸连轧7072合金空调箔为对象,通过对不同厚度铸板进行再结晶退火,研究了再结晶退火对铸板组织,后续压延加工道次分布和成品性能的影响。结果表明,连铸连轧7072合金3.8mm空调箔坯料再结晶退火后,可减少冷轧2个加工道次,同时成品力学性能满足空调箔产品质量要求。
In this paper,the effect of recrystallization annealing on the microstructure,pass distribution and finished product performance of 7072 alloy air conditioning foil is studied by recrystallization annealing on different thickness of 7072 alloy air conditioning foil.The results showed that after recrystallization annealing of 3.8mm air conditioning foil billet of 7072 alloy,two processing steps of cold rolling can meet the quality requirements of air conditioning foil products.
