摘要
铝型材模具脱模处理产生具有高浓度偏铝酸钠与氢氧化钠的废液,通过添加氧化钙与自来水除去废液中的偏铝酸钠来达到碱回收的目的,最佳工艺如下:脱模废液与水体积比1∶3,氧化钙与偏铝酸钠摩尔比为4∶2,反应温度60℃~70℃,搅拌时间3h~4h,铝的去除量达96%,碱回收率达83%以上。处理时间短,铝离子去除率高,节能减排降低环境污染,是一种低成本、高效率的处理方法。
The waste liquid with high concentration of sodium aluminate and sodium hydroxide is produced by demoulding treatment of aluminum profile mould.The sodium metaaluminate in the waste liquid is removed by adding calcium oxide and tap water to achieve the purpose of alkali recovery.The optimal process is as follows:the volume ratio of demoulding waste liquid to water is 1∶3,the mole ratio of calcium oxide to sodium metaluminate is 4∶2,the reaction temperature is 60℃to 70℃,the stirring time is 3h to 4h,the aluminum removal amount is 96%and the alkali recovery rate is above 83%.This is a low cost,high efficiency treatment method,the main advantages are short treatment time,high removal rate of aluminum ions,energy conservation and emission reduction to reduce environmental pollution.
