摘要
本文提出的一种长大物流机车低功耗无线安全监测系统设计方案,该系统能动态监测大件货物运输状态,克服监测系统运行工况复杂,干扰信息强,超大件货物规则不定的困难,针对运输对象的变化,监测系统具备实时调整的能力,对于运输变化多样的重大庞然货物的货物安装及车辆能够有效地发现和预报可能存在的风险与故障,为促进我国重载铁路物流预防性维修技术发展具有十分重要理论与工程实践意义。
This paper proposes a design scheme of low-power wireless safety monitoring system for long and large logistics locomotives.The system can dynamically monitor the transportation status of large goods,and overcome the difficulties of complex operation conditions,strong interference information,and uncertain rules of super large goods.According to the changes of transportation objects,the monitoring system has the ability of real-time adjustment,which is of great significance for the transportation of various changes The installation of pangran goods and vehicles can effectively find and forecast the possible risks and faults,which has very important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of preventive maintenance technology of heavy haul railway logistics in China.
