摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟结合CBL教学法在医院信息系统运维带教工作中的应用。方法:选择我科室运维人员6名作为教学研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统模式开展教学,研究组采用情景模拟结合CBL教学法,教学周期为三个月。通过自拟“教学方法调查问卷”,由对教学方法及其效果进行评估,并对比两组学员学习后的考核情况。结果:学员主观上评价情景模拟结合CBL教学法在教学方法、教学效果上优于对照组,质量考核对比显示,在排障思路、排障实践和总结建议方面,研究组成绩优于对照组。结论:情景模拟结合CBL教学法在医院信息系统运维带教工作中,能有效提高学员的排障能力,调动学员学习的积极性,帮助其成长为复合型卫生信息管理技术人才,是一种集开放性、参与性、主动性为一体的新教学模式。
Objective:Discussion on the Application of Situational Simulation and CBL Teaching Method in Operation and Maintenance Teaching of Hospital Information System.Methods:6 operation and maintenance personnel in our department were selected as teaching research objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group used traditional mode to carry out teaching,and the study group adopted situational simulation combined with CBL teaching method.The teaching period was three months.Through the self-made"questionnaire of teaching methods",the teaching methods and their effects were evaluated,and the assessment of the two groups of students after study was compared.Results:Students'subjective evaluation of situational simulation combined with CBL teaching method was superior to the control group in terms of teaching methods and teaching effects.The comparison of quality assessment showed that the research group performed better than the control group in the aspects of obstacle removal ideas,obstacle removal practices and summary suggestions.Conclusion:Combining situational simulation with CBL teaching method can effectively improve the students'ability to remove obstacles,arouse their enthusiasm in learning and help them grow into complex health information management technicians.It is a new teaching mode which integrates openness,participation and initiative.
