摘要
新能源汽车高压电气零件存在多种腐蚀机理,因此无法用单一的盐雾试验来复现整车失效模式。针对这一问题,文章介绍了基于GMW 14872-2021循环腐蚀试验的方法,并阐述了如何根据零件可能出现的腐蚀机理对测试方法进行调整。通过这一方法,成功地在试验室内复现了某电动汽车DC/DC变换器的整车耐久腐蚀失效模式。该方法为探测和研究新能源汽车腐蚀问题提供了有效的测试手段。
There are many corrosion mechanisms for high-voltage electrical parts of new energy vehicles,so it is almost impossible to reproduce the vehicle failure modes with a salt spray test.To solve this problem,the method of cyclic corrosion test based on GMW 14872-2021 is introduced,and how to adjust the test method according to the corrosion mechanism of parts is expounded.Through this method,the corrosion failure mode detected by vehicle durability for a DC/DC converter is successfully reproduced in the laboratory.This method provides an effective test method for detecting and studying the corrosion issues of new energy vehicles.
