基于Squeak and Rattle DirectorTM的车辆异响仿真分析

摘要 文章主要进行某款车型的IP Trim及Console的异响研究。建立装备车身模型并细化IP Trim及Console有限元模型,采集不同路面及车速下关键位置的车身激励及振动加速度。将采集的激励加载于整车模型,进行整车动力学响应分析,计算装备车身关键位置的振动加速度。对比分析IP Trim及Console的关键位置的振动加速度测试值与仿真值,以验证整车动力学响应的准确性,并在此基础上进行IP Trim及Console的异响风险分析及控制。 The abnormal sound of IP Trim and Console of a certain vehicle is mainly studied.The finite element model(FEM)of the vehicle is established,and the precise FEM of the IP Trim and Console is refined.The excitations and acceleration of vehicle bodies at different key positions are collected with the different vehicle speed and road conditions.The vehicle dynamic response analysis is completed with the excitations loaded on the full vehicle FEM,and acceleration of the key positions at trim body are calculated.The test value of the acceleration of IP Trim and Console key positions is compared with the simulation value to verify the accuracy of vehicle dynamics analysis.And the squeak and rattle risks of IP Trim and Console are studied and controlled.
