基于单兵背负式电台的射频前端模块设计

摘要 设计了一款基于单兵背负式电台的射频前端模块,主要由发射、接收通道组成。发射通道完成中频21.4 MHz至30 MHz~512 MHz的变频、滤波和功率放大至≥40 dBm后输出;接收通道将30 MHz~512 MHz射频信号进行限幅、滤波及均衡、变频、带宽选择后经中频AGC控制,输出稳定幅度的21.4 MHz中频信号,AGC能在≥80 dBc动态范围内保证中频信号功率稳定,接收通道具有高矩形系数、大动态范围的特点;模块内部器件实现了100%国产化,且做到了小型化,轻量化,高效率,充分满足用户使用要求。 A RF front-end module based on a soldier's knapsack radio is designed,which is mainly composed of transmitting and receiving channels.The transmission channel completes frequency conversion,filtering and power amplification to≥40 dBm of intermediate frequency from 21.4 MHz to 30 MHz~512 MHz.Receiving channel will be 30 MHz~512 MHz RF signals for limiting,filtering and balancing,frequency conversion,bandwidth selection after the intermediate frequency AGC control,output stable amplitude of 21.4 MHz intermediate frequency signal,AGC can ensure the stability of the intermediate frequency signal power within the dynamic range of≥80 dBc,receiving channel has the characteristics of high rectangular coefficient,large dynamic range;The internal components of the module realize 100%localization,and achieve miniaturization,lightweight,high efficiency,fully meet the requirements of users.
