后疫情时代食品冷链物流风险防控策略探析 被引量:2

摘要 2020年下半年,国内部分地区新冠疫情二次暴发,流调溯源后发现与进口冷链食品有关,使得食品冷链物流受到了全社会广泛关注。聚焦当前食品冷链物流的热点问题,先采用流程图法识别出食品冷链物流潜在的风险因子并进行分类,在此基础上运用AHP法和专家打分法对识别出来的风险因子进行风险评估,对有重大风险概率的因素进行针对性管理,并提出风险防控策略。
