摘要
目的:调查护士作为第二受害者经历不良事件后体验与支持现状,分析其与职业倦怠的相关性。方法:采用一般情况调查表、中文版第二受害者经历与支持测评量表、职业倦怠量表对120名第二受害者进行调查。结果:护士SVEST得分为(71.44±10.27)分,SVEST条目均分为(3.01±0.67)分,不同性别、学历、聘任方式的第二受害者SVEST得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第二受害者SVEST水平与职业倦怠程度呈正相关,相关系数r=0.534,P=0.003。结论:护理管理者及医疗机构应加强对第二受害者的帮助与支持,降低其职业倦怠水平,从而保证医疗安全。
[Objective]To investigate the current situation of nurses'experience and support after experiencing adverse events as the second victim,and analyze its correlation with job burnout.[Methods]The general situation survey form,the Chinese version of the second victim experience and support tool,and the job burnout scale were used to investigate 120 second victims.[Result]The SVEST score of nurses was(71.44±10.27),and the average score of SVEST items was(3.01±0.67).There was a statistically significant difference in the SVEST scores of the second victims of different genders,educational backgrounds,and employment methods(P<0.05).The svest level of the second victims was positively correlated with the degree of job burnout,the correlation coefficient was r=0.534,P=0.003.[Conclusion]Nursing managers and medical institutions should strengthen their help and support for the second victim,reduce their level of job burnout,and ensure medical safety.
