中医综合治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况的临床观察

Clinical Observation of TCM Treatment on Blood Glucose in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:观察中医综合治疗模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法:将100例血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用中医综合治疗模式,对照组采用常规治疗联合安慰剂。比较2组治疗前后血糖等相关临床指标以及中医证候积分的变化。结果:经过12周的治疗,观察组FPG、PPG和HbA1c血糖下降更明显(P<0.05);观察组空腹胰岛素(FINS)高于对照组(P<0.05);2组主要症状证候积分和总中医证候积分均比治疗前明显下降,观察组积分下降程度比对照组更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗中均未出现严重不良反应。结论:2型糖尿病患者采用中医综合治疗有助于患者稳定血糖水平,改善中医证候,且具有较好的安全性。

[Objective]To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes.[Method]100 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into an observation group of 50 cases,treated with a comprehensive treatment model of traditional Chinese medicine;50 cases in the control group,treated with conventional treatment combined with placebo.The changes of blood glucose and other related clinical indicators and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.[Result]After 12 weeks of treatment,blood glucose decreased more significantly in the observed group(P<0.05);fasting insulin(FINS)was higher than control(P<0.05).Both major symptom and total TCM syndrome scores decreased significantly compared than before treatment,and more significantly in the observed group than control(P<0.05),and no serious adverse reactions in treatment.[Conclusion]The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for type 2 diabetes patients can help patients stabilize blood sugar levels,TCM syndrome and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia.
