摘要
燃料电池汽车加氢目前受到标准法规限制,且会对整车续驶里程产生较为重要的影响,对其研究极为必要。同时,由于目前国内所采用的燃料电池汽车构型基本为氢-电混合动力系统,工况变化多样,且续驶里程测试的截止判断方法不一,将会影响其结果的准确性。针对上述问题,借助国家级第三方检测机构平台优势,利用某燃料电池MPV车型进行实车加氢和续驶里程试验,聚焦车辆加氢、补氢、续驶里程测试条件及结果的典型问题,展开相关研究。
The hydrogenation of fuel cell vehicles is limited by standards and regulations,and will have an important impact on the driving range of the whole vehicle,so it is very necessary to study it.At the same time,the fuel cell vehicle configuration adopted in China is basically hydrogen electric hybrid system,with various working conditions,and different cut-off judgment methods of driving range test,which will affect the accuracy of the results.This paper focuses on the typical problems of hydrogenation,hydrogen replenishment,driving range test conditions,results with the help of the platform advantages of national third-party testing institutions,Hydrogenation and driving range test based on a fuel cell MPV.
