河北省养老服务供给体系问题及对策研究

中国社会正在面临着前所未有的老龄化进程,河北省作为一个人口大省,所面临的养老服务供给不足问题更加突出。养老服务供给资金投入不足,医养结合发展较为缓慢且融合深度不够,养老服务行业人才供给欠缺。据此,应当合理规划政府资金供给,扩展服务盈利途径,加快医养结合改革进程,推进智慧养老新科技,提高人才队伍供给质量,培育老龄事业人才,以促进河北省养老服务供给体系的建立和完善。

Chinese society is facing an unprecedented aging process.As a populous province,Hebei Province faces a more prominent problem of insufficient supply of elderly care services:insufficient funding for the supply of elderly care services,slow development of the integration of medical and elderly care,insufficient integration depth,and a lack of talent supply in the elderly care service industry.Accordingly,it is necessary to rationally plan government funding,expand service profit channels,accelerated the reform process of the integration of medical and elderly care,promote new technologies for smart elderly care,improve the quality of the talent team,and cultivate talents for the elderly in order to promote the establishment and development of the elderly care service supply system in Hebei Province.
