王紫峰日记所载党的军队干部队伍建设史实考述

A Historical Investigation on the Construction of the Party's Army Cadres in Wang Zifeng's Diary

全面抗日战争初期,随着八路军各项军政活动开展,军队干部在指挥作战和巩固党的领导工作中具有重要作用。为此,军队以干部训练班、干部学校教育和干部考察、除奸、整风等方式,使军队干部队伍数量扩大、质量提高,为早日夺得抗战胜利提供了优势干部配备。王紫峰所著《战争年代的日记》记载了作者所历所见军队干部队伍建设工作的过程,以其为主体史料,有利于对战时真实的中共晋察冀军区军队干部队伍工作研究提供一手史料补充,进而对中共干部队伍建设的过程有所揭示。

At the beginning of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,with the development of various military and political activities of the Eighth Route Army,army cadres play an important role in commanding operations and consolidating the leadership of the Party.Therefore,the army has expanded the number of army cadres,improved their quality,and improved their style of work by means of cadre training classes,cadre school education,cadre investigation,anti-espionage,rectification and other disciplinary work methods,thus improving the military and political command quality of army cadres,and providing superior cadres for the early victory of the Anti-Japanese War.Wang Zifeng's Diary from the War Years records the process of the army cadre troop construction that the author had seen,taking it as the main historical materials is conducive to providing first-hand historical materials for the study of the real army cadre troop construction in Shanxi,Chahar,Hebei military region,and then revealing the process of the CPC cadre troop construction.
