大学生职业资格证书培训的混合式教学模式探索

摘要 随着各行各业专业水平的不断提升,用人单位对从业人员行业资格的要求也在不断增强。对于在校大学生来说,职业资格证的获取是一个至关重要又令人焦虑的问题。联结积极心理学相关理论与视角,剖析线上线下混合式教学模式在职业资格证书培训中应用的可行性与必要性,探讨混合式职业资格证书培训教学模式的构建,运用线上线下混合式教学模式,为大学生合理规划课余时间,以实现对教学资源最大限度的开发。 With the professional level of all walks of life is constantly improving,employees'industry qualification requirements are also constantly strengthened.For college students,the acquisition of vocational qualification certificate is a crucial and anxiety-provoking issue.Based on the theories and perspectives of positive psychology,this study analyzes the advantages of the online-to-offline mixed instruction model,discusses the construction of the online-to-offline mixed instruction model,and applies the online-to-online learning platform+offline classroom model to plan reasonable after-school time for college students,in order to achieve the maximum development of teaching resources.
