气囊背心排痰仪联合心电监护仪在小儿重症肺炎中的护理效果

Nursing effect of gasbag vest expectoration instrument combined with ECG monitor in children with severe pneumonia

目的探讨气囊背心排痰仪联合心电监护仪在小儿重症肺炎中的护理效果。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月本院收治的小儿重症肺炎患者132例,随机分为对照组和研究组各66例,对照组进行气囊背心排痰仪护理,研究组在对照组基础上进行心电监护仪护理。比较家属满意度、两组患者临床症状消失时间、血气指标、呼吸动力学指标。结果护理前,两组满意度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组满意度评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组临床症状消失时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组PaCO 2、PaO 2血气指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组PaCO 2指标均降低,PaO 2指标均升高,且与对照组相比,研究组PaCO 2指标降低更明显,PaO 2指标升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组呼吸动力学指标差异无统计意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组呼吸动力学指标均降低,且与对照组比较,研究组PIP、WOB、Raw指标更低(P<0.05)。结论对小儿重症肺炎患者进行气囊背心排痰仪联合心电监护仪护理,效果理想,家属满意度高,血气指标明显改善,利于病情恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of gasbag vest expectoration instrument combined with ECG monitor in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 132 cases of children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was given nursing care with gasbag vest expectoration,and the study group was given ECG monitor on the basis of the control group.Family satisfaction,clinical symptom disappear time,blood gas index and respiratory dynamics index were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the satisfaction score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the satisfaction scores of the two groups all increased,and the satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom disappearance time of the study group were shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in PaCO 2 and PaO 2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,PaCO 2 indexes of the two groups all decreased,and PaO 2 indexes all increased,and compared with the control group,PaCO 2 indexes of the study group decreased more significantly,and PaO 2 indexes increased more significantly(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the indexes of respiratory dynamics between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the indexes of respiratory dynamics in the two groups all decreased,and compared with the control group,the indexes of PIP,WOB and Raw in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of gasbag vest expectoration instrument combined with ECG monitor for children with severe pneumonia is ideal,the satisfaction of family members is high,the blood gas index is significantly improved,which is conducive to the recovery of the disease.It is worthy of popularization and application.
