脑循环治疗仪联合综合康复训练治疗脑瘫患儿的效果观察

Effect of cerebral circulation therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨脑循环治疗仪联合综合康复训练治疗脑瘫患儿的效果观察。方法选择2017年1月至2020年4月本院收治的脑瘫患儿86例,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用脑循环治疗仪联合综合康复训练。比较两组痉挛程度、发育商评分。结果观察组干预8周后痉挛程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预8周后语言、社交行为、精细动作、大运动、适应能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑循环治疗仪联合综合康复训练能够减轻脑瘫患儿肢体痉挛程度,提升发育商,促进患儿生长发育。

Objective To explore the effect of cerebral circulation therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 86 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with cerebral circulation therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The degree of spasticity and developmental quotient were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of spasticity in the observation group after 8 weeks of intervention was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of language,social behavior,fine motor,large movement,and adaptability in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebral circulation therapy instrument combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can reduce the degree of limb spasticity in children with cerebral palsy,improve developmental quotient,and promote the growth and development of children.
