整形美容修复技术在急诊面部创伤治疗中的应用

Application of Plastic and Cosmetic Repair Technology in the Treatment of Emergency Facial Trauma

目的:探讨面部创伤治疗中整形美容修复技术的应用及对患者满意度与并发症的影响。方法:选2019年8月-2020年7月收治的面部创伤患者116例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规外科修复治疗,研究组采用整形美容修复技术,比较两组创面愈合优良率、并发症发生率及临床满意度。结果:对照组创面愈合优良率、临床满意度低于研究组,并发症发生率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:面部创伤患者采取整形美容修复技术治疗效果显著,能提高创面愈合优良率和临床满意度,降低并发症发生风险,应推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of plastic and cosmetic repair techniques in the treatment of facial trauma and its influence on patient satisfaction and complications. Methods A total of 116 patients with facial trauma admitted from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, Conventional surgical repair treatment in the control group, plastic and cosmetic repair technology in the study group, the excellent and good wound healing rate,complication rate and clinical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of wound healing and clinical satisfaction in the control group were lower than those in the study group, the differences were statistically significant. The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Plastic surgery and repair technology has a significant effect on facial trauma patients, can improve the good rate of wound healing and clinical satisfaction, reduce the risk of complications, should be promoted and applied.
