Meta-analysis on the Efficacy of Fire Needle in the Treatment of Steady Vitiligo

目的:系统评价火针治疗稳定期白癜风的有效性。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WF)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库,按照纳入及排除标准,收集所有火针治疗稳定期白癜风的随机对照试验(RCT),采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具和改良Jadad量表进行评估,用Revman5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析显示火针治疗稳定期白癜风在总有效率、皮损面积方面疗效均优于对照组,而皮损色素积分和不良反应方面无统计学意义。结论:火针治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效明显优于非火针疗法,且安全性较好,无严重不良反应发生,但鉴于纳入的研究有限,结论仍需更多大样本、高质量的研究来验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of fire needle in the treatment of Steady Vitiligo. Methods The databases of CNKI, WF, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library were searched by computer. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, all randomized controlled trials of fire needles in the treatment of stable vitiligo were collected.Then, the Cochrane Bias risk assessment tool and the improved Jadad scale were used to evaluate the quality, RevMan 5.3 software was used to conduct meta-analysis. Results Meta analysis showed that the efficacy of fire needle in the treatment of stable vitiligo was superior to the control group in total effective rate and skin lesion area, while there was no statistical difference in skin lesion pigment score and adverse reactions. Conclusion The clinical effect of fire needle on stable vitiligo is obviously better than that of non-fire needle, with better safety and no serious adverse reactions. However, in view of the limited included studies, the conclusion still needs to be verified by more large sample and high-quality studies.
