On-Site Extraction Process of Nozzles in a 50 MW Steam Turbine

通过对喷嘴现场取出工艺的摸索及工程实践的检验,得出了全套的喷嘴现场取出工艺。通过合理设计设备的结构、合理制定工艺方案,实现了喷嘴现场取出,实际操作验证了喷嘴现场取出工艺的可靠性。该研究成果能够快速、高效、准确地为现场取出喷嘴服务提供可靠的技术支持与保障。

Based on the study of the on-site extraction process technique of nozzle and the assessment for the engineering practice,the whole on-site process was established.By means of designing the equipment structure and establishing the process scheme reasonably,the nozzle was extracted successfully,and the reliability of on-site extraction process of nozzles was verified.The research result can provide rapid,efficient,accurate technical support and guarantee for the on-site extraction service of nozzle.
