摘要
从燃气轮机的滑油系统原理出发,针对燃气轮机运行过程中出现的滑油异常消耗故障进行分析,建立故障树检查排除燃气轮机外围滑油系统故障,通过燃气轮机分解检查及滑油密封空气系统分析,认为滑油主要从动力涡轮滚珠轴承密封石墨环处泄漏,造成异常消耗,同时提出了应加快石墨环材料的研究,提升其寿命,并优化石墨环工作环境。研究成果可为燃气轮机滑油异常消耗故障诊断提供参考。
Based on the principle of lubricating oil system of gas turbine,the abnormal consumption faults of lubricating oil occurred during the operation of a gas turbine are analyzed,and fault tree inspection is established to eliminate the faults of peripheral lubricating oil system of the gas turbine.Through decomposition inspection of gas turbine and analysis of sealing air system of lubricating oil,it is concluded that the abnormal consumption of lubricating oil is mainly caused by leakage from the sealing graphite ring of the power turbine ball bearing.At the same time,it is proposed that the research work on graphite material should be executed to improve its life and optimize the working environment.The research results can provide reference for fault diagnosis of abnormal oil consumption in gas turbine.
