职前幼儿教师教学支持策略使用现状研究

摘要 为探究职前幼儿教师教学支持策略使用现状,以职前幼儿教师为研究对象,采用CLASS课堂评估系统为研究工具,对职前幼儿教师集体教学活动中教学支持策略使用情况进行观察与评估。结果发现:教学支持整体处于低分偏中水平,存在创造力挖掘、融会贯通策略使用不足等问题。本研究通过提出熟练掌握教学支持的评价指标、有效搭建支架等建议,切实提升职前幼儿教师教学支持水平。 In order to explore the current situation of preschool teachers'teaching support strategy,taking preschool teachers as the research object,CLASS classroom evaluation system is used as the research tool to observe and evaluate the use of teaching support strategy in preschool teachers'collective teaching activities.The results show that the overall teaching support is at a low-middle level,and there are problems such as insufficient exploitation of creativity and inadequate use of comprehensive strategies.This study proposes suggestions such as skillfully mastering the evaluation index of teaching support and effectively building scaffolds to effectively improve the teaching support level of preschool teachers.
